My dad designed and built this 14'x7' trailer (from bed upwards) in Maui in 1993. He used it to entertain and as an art studio for 20 years. When he passed away I brought it to Utah and have brought some music talent in to play in the tiny space. See Little Green Caboose on Youtube to see several videos made inside. The trailer is made of wood since my dad was a wood craftsman. The lighting is rheostatically controlled by wood pegged knobs. The back seating (for 4 with table) is convertible to a bed. it has a propane (hidden tank) antique stove. Hidden space for a small fridge, stereo and microwave. Tiny closets, shelving and many antique style details like the front door knob which locks with a key and has an antique padlock below. It's perfect for a writer's retreat. Please see photos and feel free to ask questions. cheers
