Just Completed - Frame Up Restoration - 1953 "Alien Eyes" Silver Streak Clipper - Lighter than Airstream! This camper is an early Wally Byam design, the founder of Airstream. From 1937 to 1947, Wally worked on the design while employed by the Curtis Wright Manufacturing. In 1949, Curtis Wright sold the design to the Silver Streak Trailer Company in El Monte, California.
