This house was built by someone who has taught and lectured on sustainability and tiny house living for several years. This tiny house was designed to have an open spacious floor plan, plenty of closet space and a full functioning kitchen for a foodie. The fridge/ freezer (electric) is large, there is a pantry, a deep double sink for food prep and washing up, and pull out kitchen storage cabinets (See photos). House has large french doors that open onto covered patio and a bay window above couch. ALL windows are double pained insulated glass which is crucial for heating/cooling and to avoid condensation. It has wood flooring, a TPO roof (rubber), a compost separating toilet, a glass tiled shower with a bench. It has an on demand propane water heater. The house is insulated with sheep wool so it is super economic to keep cool and warm. It has a new oil filled electric space heater and comes with an apartment sized air-conditioner. It needs an extension cord and a hose attached to it and it is ready to live in. It was designed so the living room roof is an outdoor sleeping area/hangout area. There are two desk areas one down stairs and one upstairs that is larger for doing art work and projects. It has a pull out table under the couch and the couch is large enough to sleep two people. It has a lot of book shelves! The upstairs loft is about 4.5 feet tall so you don't have to make the bed on your knees and there is plenty of room for head when sitting at desk. It has a very large shed on tongue of trailer and comes with a chicken coop. It is on a heavy duty custom made steel trailer base, double axle (4 wheels). Contact me if you have any questions.
